What is the delivery time of my order?

When you have ordered something from Viveloz-Boutique, the delivery time is slightly different than what you might be used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we can save enormously on storage and transport costs. This makes it possible to price our products so competitively.

The average delivery time is 1 to 3 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays)

What should I do if I have not yet received my order?

Due to the enormous interest in our products, it is possible that your product arrives a little later than expected. We hope for your understanding. If this period has expired and you still have not received anything, please send an email to info@viveloz-boutique.com. We will then figure out for you what is going on with your package.

I want to exchange/return my order, how do I do this?

To send a return, simply contact our customer service via info@viveloz-boutique.com. Include your name, order number (e.g. #0000) that you received in the confirmation email and the reason for returning. We will then provide you with the return address and confirm the return. After that is done, you can send the product to us via a courier of your choice.

What are the costs of returns?

Returning to us is unfortunately for your own account. The costs will therefore depend on the courier. Consult the website of the relevant courier you want to ship with for more information about the prices.

What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?

There is always a return period of 30 days. The return period starts on the day you received the item. However, there are conditions for returning.

You can only return the item if:

  • The return period has not yet expired;

  • The product is in the original packaging and all labels are still attached;

  • The product has not yet been used.

Which payment methods can I use?

We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypall. If you are not sure whether your payment method is accepted, follow the steps on the payment page to then view all possible options.

All transactions go through secure and reliable payment systems and are therefore 100% secure.

What if I have not received a confirmation email of my order?

That is not the intention, send an email with your full name and e-mail to info@viveloz-boutique.com. We will help you quickly.

Can I cancel my order?

Do you want to cancel your order for whatever reason? Send an email as soon as possible to info@viveloz-boutique.com. State your name, order number (e.g. #0000) that you received in the confirmation email and please also the reason why you would like to cancel the order.
