Shipping Policy

Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

We use a processing time of 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 17:00 (EST – New York) will be processed the same day. All products always go through a short processing process first before they are shipped.

After processing, the average shipping is 4-7 business days. In total, you can therefore count on a delivery time of approximately 5–10 business days from the moment your order is placed.

Delays

During periods of unexpected busyness, it may happen that delivery takes slightly longer than usual. We do everything we can to process orders as quickly as possible and ask for your understanding if a delay does occur. Naturally we keep you informed and we strive to always keep delays to a minimum.

Shipping service

For the delivery of our orders we work with reliable parties such as DHL, USPS and FedEx. Thanks to this collaboration you benefit from secure delivery and you always have real-time tracking information with which you can easily track your package.

To make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible, we offer various benefits. For orders above a certain amount you benefit from free shipping. In addition, it is possible to choose insured shipping, including priority treatment, for a small surcharge. This way you can be sure that your order is handled with the utmost care.

Every order is provided with tracking, so that from the moment of shipment you can follow the progress of your package closely until it is delivered to you.
